Property administration. Family business.
Luna & Stein
Luna & Stein is a family property company in Colorado. As its general manager I run the administration: correspondence, insurance, the homeowners' association, state filings and tenant matters. I run it on my own operating system, in a private workspace kept apart from my business.

How the system works
- One knowledge note per subject, so every question starts from what the documents actually say.
- A registry of every outside system that holds the company's data, recorded as locations only. Banking is deliberately left unconnected.
- A mailbox watch every 30 minutes. It surfaces what arrives; it never sends anything on its own.
- A voice reference for anything a third party reads. Drafts come to me first.
The rules it runs on
Other people's data stays inside this workspace. The system records what a document says and flags the question; it never gives legal, tax or insurance advice. Nothing adverse goes out on an unverified assumption.
That last rule earned its place early. One day the mailbox suggested reports had gone unfiled. The state's public registry showed they hadn't, the same day. The record keeps the correction instead of deleting the mistake.
Family business, shown with the owner's agreement. No tenant, address, association, insurer or financial detail is published, by design.
